Refund policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Only products purchased directly from Keyphone are eligible for return under this policy. Products purchased through third-party retailers or resellers must be returned in accordance with their respective return policies.

Returned items must be in good condition and include all original packaging, accessories, cables, and documentation that were provided at the time of delivery. Returns that are incomplete or improperly packaged may be refused or subject to additional fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, and approved as being in acceptable condition, a refund will be initiated.

For payments made by credit or debit card, refunds are typically sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned item or approval of the cancellation request. Posting times may vary; please contact your card-issuing bank for details.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be part of an order with a total value of $50 or more (before taxes and shipping). Orders under $50 are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

A %12 restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for all out of USA return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
